My name is Sheila Smith and I have a Bachelor Science Degree and worked in allopathic medicine for 24 years.  I left that industry in September 2021 and decided to pursue a more natural way of healing the mind, body and spirit.  I began making my own products for me and my family and decided to offer my expertise and knowledge to others. My products offer the highest quality and care and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them!
